Yup ive lost about 15 pounds so far, and still working towards the weight I was before I got prego. Well basically just eat right. cardio, stair master, anything that boosts your heart rate. 30-60 minutes of cardio a few times a week and eating right should help

It’s called standard gold protein, builds muscle. It’s basically a meal replacement so take it before and after you work out . It’s crucial to take it after your workout so you can repair your muscles you just worked out. Lots of cardio like stair master, bike, elliptical and do weights for toning. i lost weight by the traditional diet and exercise yup
